All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end (wrong item, missing pack, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

📸 Photos of the package, product, and shipping label may be required to resolve the issue.

💬 Live Breaks & Custom Packs

All purchases made during live breaks, mystery packs, or custom orders are also non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to accept the results as-is.
