Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction, but if something's wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final on trading cards due to the collectible nature of the product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all sales are considered final.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items marked as delivered. Please contact your local postal service or file a claim through Route Package Protection if offered at checkout.
